Upon Checking in the rep was a little unfriendly and appeared to be aggravated at the questions when I asked her about the property. After my boyfriend said something to her she then changed her tone. Everything else was great. We took advantage of the free activities on sight and also I was able to prepare my whole Thanksgiving dinner in the kitchen. Only issue that I reported was the dryer didn't work in our facility area and my clothes didn't dry. Other than that we plan to visit again in the near future.

Great big condo with a small modern new kitchen with everything you need for cooking (pots and pans too). It's big and comfortable. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are amazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor pit fire with the view on the mountains. I will definitively recommend this place.

What I love about staying there was I could rest by the fireplace while watching TV. I didn't feel well and it was amazing just to relax and chill out. The staff is always kind and professional. The woman who checked me in immediately understood I was disabled and gave me room with minimal stairs for my comfort. I didn't even have to ask. And the facilities are amazing too. Lots of things to do. You feel right at home.

We really liked the vacation village. The apartment was a one-bed but spacious and clean. The bathroom huge! The main building has a very nice indoor pool. We were there in the fall so the outdoor pool was closed but it looks nice too. The setting was on a hill. We stayed in the second lowest building and had a nice view of the fall colours from our windows and balcony. Even though the weather was wet we enjoyed our stay. You need a car to get there and explore the area. Mount Greylock and the wonderful Clark Institute art gallery in Williamstown are both within easy reach with a car. The free laundry facilities located in each block was a huge bonus though a drying rack in the apartment would have been good. In principle it was good to find there was EV charging available though in practice it wasn't working when we were there but we were able to charge at Club Wyndham (for free!) and at the Country store (both 1 mile walk).

The room was tidy and the kitchen was decently stocked. The bed was comfy and the couch was comfy. We were very pleased with the accommodations overall and also very impressed by the activities available. They had craft times, movie showings and numerous other activities. We will be back with the kids for sure!

We tried this place out for just one day to see what it would be like. The room was very spacious for the price. This place must very popular and hard to book during the summer. It was surprising it even had two TVs in the room we stayed in. Loved the gas fireplace and big refrigerator and the balcony. Unbeatable for the value. This will be our go to getaway place from now on for this area.
