Stayed here for a night as Vik Campsite was closed. We couldn’t sleep anywhere knowing we don’t have access to shower/toilets, so decided to stay in a hotel instead of our camper that night. We chose Hotel Kria as they were the cheapest at that time, and I’m so glad we did. The interior was amazing, comfortable bed, friendly staffs. I highly recommend!
Located in the village of Vik, this hotel is 10 minutes’ walk from the black sandy beaches of southern Iceland. Free private parking and free WiFi are available.

A nice, simple hotel in a good location in Vik - walking distance to all the restaurants and very close to the micro brewery. The view to the cliffs is great. Breakfast was very good.

The cottage is located close to No.1 ring road and several tourist attractions: Skogafoss waterfall, Dyrhólaey cliffs and Reynisfjara beach. The living room is very large and offers fantastic views on the nearby mountains. The kitchen and bedrooms are well equipped, beds are confortable. We called the owner on the phone on arrival who brought the keys in a couple of minutes.

This lovely guesthouse is set in a beautiful area only 12 minutes from Vik. The host, Eva, made us feel welcome and took wonderful care of us. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with wonderful bedding, and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. The kitchen had everything from fresh fruit to homemade cake, as well as teas and coffee. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect accommodation- clean and had nice amenities. Yea and coffee available throughout the day/evening, good breakfast and beautifully decorated. My only complaint would be breakfast is set for only 1 hr (8am-9am) which is a short window.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse and all...
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Guesthouse and all said we would happily have stayed for longer. It is a great location for exploring the sights of the south coast. The rooms are all beautifully appointed and there were comfortable beds with crisp white sheets. The bathrooms (and the rest of the property) were spotlessly clean. It was useful having a kitchen we could use. Even though in the mornings the host came in and prepared us a delicious and plentiful breakfast. We would highly recommend this place to other visitors.
