Bad customer service, they cannot solve problems themselves, contact Booking, they change the entrance code, they do not communicate, the shower siphon is clogged,, Stained toilets, bad smell in the room, a bathroom for 6 beds is uncomfortable, etc. I would not recommend if you want to have a good and pleasant stay, for me cleanliness is essential.They make noise, that's normal and it doesn't bother me.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

Sliema is lovely - very well connected with lots of shops and good restaurants and bars open late, with some amazing views of Valletta. The water taxi is easy and relatively cheap across to Valletta too - a perfect location if you don't fancy paying the higher prices of the main city. Although there was no restaurant at the time, (due to Covid restrictions) the bar had a more than adequate range of hot and cold small plates at good prices and a wide range of drinks which were cheaper than elsewhere and a good quality range. The room was cleaned every day and towels changed also every day. The hair dryer was not working, we reported it in the evening and they changed it the next day. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and the selection of food was very good.
