We were very well accommodated as soon as we stepped foot at the airport! The transportation was easy to find and we had no problems getting to the property as they sent very thorough directions and had continuous buses coming every half an hour. They were so kind to accommodate us by making sure we had transportation back home as well, not to mention the gorgeous view and short distance from the airport.

There were plenty of restaurants to choose from of various ethnicity's. There were lots of sights to see and the city was very clean. One issue, we found many pizza places do not offer sit down eating, they are carry out.

"Visiting Richmond, BC was an absolute pleasure and left me with unforgettable memories of a vibrant and welcoming destination. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the city's charm and diversity.
Richmond's rich cultural tapestry was evident everywhere I went, from the bustling streets filled with eclectic shops and restaurants to the beautiful parks and gardens that offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.
One of the highlights of my visit was exploring Richmond's renowned culinary scene. With its diverse population, the city boasts an array of dining options representing cuisines from around the world. From indulging in mouthwatering dim sum in the bustling Golden Village to savoring freshly caught seafood at Steveston's waterfront eateries, every meal was a culinary adventure.
I was also impressed by Richmond's dedication to preserving its natural beauty and heritage. Steveston Village, with its historic buildings and picturesque waterfront, offered a glimpse into the city's past as a bustling fishing village. Additionally, the lush gardens of the Richmond Nature Park provided a serene setting for leisurely strolls and birdwatching.
Throughout my stay, I was struck by the warmth and hospitality of the locals. Whether chatting with shop owners in the vibrant Asian malls or receiving recommendations from friendly residents while exploring the city, I felt welcomed and embraced by the community.
In summary, my recent visit to Richmond, BC was a truly enriching experience filled with delicious food, captivating sights, and genuine hospitality. I would highly recommend this destination to anyone seeking a dynamic and culturally rich travel experience. I can't wait to return and continue exploring all that this wonderful city has to offer!"

I want my card refunded immediately as I requested that I be allowed to visit my brother at the property with an extra person , I was never refused prior To my arrival and I had asked prior to my original nite then I reiterated that on the 2nd booking I would likely still he in need of that privilege and the management never responded negatively so I brought my brother over and we arrived at 0200am and that was fine but the management seen my guest enter with me and although I was never told at anytime I couldn't entertain my guest, and we weren't causing any problems or noise but my guest and I were kicked out around 0230am and a separate Tenant threatened to physically harm us and we had disagreed with management but we were still following there exit request so it was very traumatic and I want a full refund for NY $120 plus nite in the cold Richmond, BC STREETs!!!! Now please, No delay!!!

If you have a rental car, Richmond is convenient for proximity to airport and access to the highways to connect to nearby districts. Chinese restaurants which I visited did not disappoint. I had to take away at Kirin which do not welcome lone diners. They told me they were full because I didn’t have a reservation.
Whilst waiting for my takeaway order, they took in a party of 5 who had no reservations. They spoke in Chinese which I understood. Not a very nice restaurant but dim sum items were tasty.
BBQ master serves authentic HK style roast meats. I had chicken and duck with rice which was excellent.

It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood.
It's in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. The host showed me the short cut to the bus stop which is a big help. It's easy to navigate for public transportation . A head up for the future travellers when you check in you have to pay $50 deposit for the key, the host will return the deposit to you when you check out.
This is a small hotel, with very clean room. As it is small, you do not have lots of clients, so not much noise.
You can park your car for free : you just have to register it at check-in.
You can leave your luggage at reception if you arrive before check-in time.
And also the procedure if you arrive after the end of check-in time (11pm).
There is a supermarket and a couple of restaurants nearby if needed. We tested a good Fish&Chips restaurant 250m from the hotel.
The area is very quiet and safe , as it is in Richmond
Four adults traveling from different three cities on both the East and West Coasts of the US and all heading to Whistler. This hotel was in precisely the right location, IN VANCOUVER AIRPORT, to enable us to fly in on different airlines and different schedules, gather together, collect ourselves, and get a decent rest before heading into the mountains. I wish every airport hotel in the world was like this one!
I had a really great stay at Grand Park Hotel Vancouver Airport. Even though I read several reviews that made me worry about the conditions of the hotel, I am able to say that it exceeded all my expectations and I had a good overall experience. The staff was very helpful, the wifi connection worked perfectly, it was all very clean and comfy, and the shuttle service was on time and very convenient.
This is primarily an airport hotel but I used it for its ready access to the Canada Line rapid transit line that gives quick and easy access to downtown Vancouver, without having to pay downtown prices or face downtown hassles. The room was very clean and comfortable and relatively quiet (it is under the flight path of an airport runway but I was not disturbed by the aircraft).
clean and make me feel that’s my home
The owner are both very friendly and treat me like their family member.
So many points surprised me when I stayed here for night.
The homemade breakfast also professional which better than most of the restaurants in Richmond
Definitely will recommend to all my friends and families when they come to visit Vancouver
It is such a beautiful home! I really like the layout of the home and everything is new and beautifully made! Jessica has been really nice, even bringing us to Richmond Centre! We would definitely stay here again when we go back to Vancouver! It has a good location also, with just a bus away to Richmond Centre and walking distance to several places.
Clean, large enough room. Close to airport. Very close to Bridgeport, Canada Line train station, which brings you to downtown and Waterfront Vancouver and the airport. This feature is very convenient!
Included continental breakfast was very good. The ability to make waffles is great!
The availability of a van for airport transfer is a plus!
I like that it is away from the hustle and bustle of all of the other airport hotels in Richmond, yet still close enough to the airport area.
The staff was amazing , especially Amr, who greeted us so warmly and treated us so wonderfully during our stay. Thankyou Amr!!
It was the most reasonably priced accommodation I could find near Vancouver airport. Hotels were in the $480 per night range with taxes which is outrageous! (that compares with $135 per night at the Comfort Inn at Calgary airport including free breakfast and shuttle.)
Space is huge with attached bathroom, kitchen, living room, with own balcony. Free wifi. Free to use shampo, conditioner, shower gel, towels. Bus available 405 going to Richmond Brighouse Canada Metro line. The owner is nice and helpful. Quick answers on inquiries.
The breakfast was amazing! Love the landscape around the property. Easy walkable neighborhood. Love the different tea/coffee/snack that were offered. Also enjoyed learning the history of Richmond & Vancouver. The free shuttle service is also a blessing!
It is hard to find anything wrong with this hotel. Immaculately clean room. Super friendly staff. Perfect location for travellers transitioning through Vancouver airport. I literally cannot fault anything with this superb hotel. Definitely a 10/10!
The hotel is super-convenient to the Vancouver airport, about a 10-15 minute drive via free hotel shuttle. Our room turned out to be a suite, with full kitchen - would probably be great for a longer stay in the Vancouver area.
next to the sky train and cheaper than a lot of Vancouver places. it’s exactly what it looks like. a hotel that’s been around forever and is middle of the road. no pomp no special stuff. just 70s carpet and clean rooms.
Arrived very early from across Canada train. Hotel was gracious to prepare a room for me immediately and to offer me breakfast while I waited. Very near huge shopping mall with large food court for other meals.
The airport shuttle was great, very efficient. Wifi was also great. Front desk staff was really helpful. The hotel was a short walk from the Canada Line train. There was a beautiful park just down the street.
Stay in Vancouver prior to our flight back to the UK. Very close location and hotel offered a free shuttle service to the terminal. Room was very acceptable - good size and facilities.
The staff at La Quinta were friendly, kind and helpful. The room was clean and I found the bed comfortable. Both of these things are really important to a stay at a Hotel.
