Very comfortable, and large shared facilities. The host was very friendly, and we had a long chat with some of the guests i the beautiful dining area. It had windows on all sides including the ceiling, so it was really enjoyable.

We had a good contact with the friendly owner who quickly brought us the towels that were missing. The kitchen was very nice, free coffee and tea, the stove worked well, the refrigerator was nice. The heated floor in the private bathroom was the best! The location was fantastic, very close to restaurants and grocery stores downtown, free parking. Easy to access the building and room with passcodes. Extra bathroom in the hall was nice. Pokémon GO players in the group appreciated the pokéstop reachable from the room.
