Good location, close to shops and restaurants. Awesome view of the beach. It was very clean and with modern finishings and very comfortable beds.

Offering free WiFi in the rooms only and an outdoor pool, Verve on Cotton Tree is set in Maroochydore, 29 km from Noosa Heads. Mooloolaba is 2.4 km from the property. Verve was a great option for a stay while on the Sunshine Coast. Our 1 bed apartment was spacious and clean. We had a beautiful water view from our balcony as well. It's on a somewhat busy road but the bedroom is soundproofed and we slept nicely. It had ducted A/C which worked great. We used the washer & dryer during our stay which worked perfectly. Parking is in a secured carpark underneath the hotel with visitor parking in front. Reception was super friendly. It's about an 8 min walk to Cotton Tree Park & Beach while Alex Head's beach is just across the road. Location couldn't be beat in terms of access to cafés and restaurants. I wish we could have had a longer stay here!

Sea Pearl A1 Beach Resort offers an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The accommodation has a spa bath and a sauna. It was in a fantastic area with loads of shops and restaurants/cafes at the doorstep. The facilities are great with pool hot tub and steam room. The apartment is very roomy and comfortable! I was there with my mother and it was perfect for us! Sharon looked after us so well!! She is so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. We could not have been happier and will definitely be back again!

Duporth Riverside was exceptional, far exceeding our expectations. The managers were friendly and helpful, our dryer didn't work during our stay, they immediately tried to mend it and when they couldn't offered us the use of the laundry. The pool was wonderful, it was so good to have a full sized one in which to swim lengths. The gym had everything you need, obviously designed by someone who uses a gym regularly. The apartment was large, light and airy with a very large balcony, unfortunately the sun was high so it didn't get much sun. The bed and bedroom were really comfortable with an excellent bath and sh. Our view was amazing and only a short walk to bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the beach. Perfect and very good value for money.

Just 1 minutes' walk from Maroochydore Surf Beach, The Dunes Cotton Tree offers a swimming pool, a spa pool and an outdoor entertainment area with a BBQ. Location was terrific. Access and Parking was really easy.

Just 1 minute's walk from Alex Beach, Alexandria Apartments offer a private balcony with beautiful ocean views. Guests can enjoy a heated swimming pool, a sauna and a free mini golf course. It is clean and spacious and with sea viewing, we could sitting at the dining table and facing the Pacific Ocean to have our breakfast! It is amazing!
