It was a nice quiet area. All the basic essentials were available. Even though it was self-catering, yogurt, cereal and fresh milk was available, including the choice of teas and coffee. Bed was comfortable. In the bathroom the shower head was huge and worked properly. The best out of all the places that I have travelled to in the past. The premises are also self-sufficient with solar. Will definitely go back if in Montagu again. Will recommend to anyone traveling through the area.

The property was off grid so we were unaffected by power cuts and the Wi-Fi was fast allowing us stream uk tv. The owners were very friendly and gave us their lovely free range eggs and produce from the garden. We hope to return
