EVERYTHING! I can not say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed or wanted was provided for us. Chrissy was a fabulous host. The accommodations were spotless. The pictures did not really do our room justice. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were roomy and so comfortable. Breakfast was a gourmet meal. Each day we were served something different. It was a feast! The location was great. An easy walk to stores, restaurants and buses. Honestly, we hated to leave. You are missing out if you don’t book a stay here.

    Excellent hotel in a great location. All the staff were super friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. There was a good choice at breakfast and the meals in the bar were good. Free parking and wi-fi really topped the stay off. I would definitely stay there again if I was up in Birmingham as it was easy to get into the city centre and out of town for sightseeing.

    Great location for Utilita Arena with pubs/restaurants along the canal. 15 mins walk into city center. Extra bonus was the off road private parking in a secure garage. Room was at the end of a corridor and the place itself was very quiet, had a great nights sleep.

    The apartment was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with anything you need - especially kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were lovely. The view from the balcony was a nice bonus. It was quiet and felt private. Aimee was a brilliant host with updates and communication. Me and my friends loved it here and we hope to stay again. I would highly recommend and it is a great location for doing things in the city centre.

    Excellent breakfast; lovely big, warm room; spacious shower; very comfy bed; surprisingly quiet location (despite being on a main road). Contactless check-in and check-out arrangements ideal in the circumstances - and very convenient. Breakfast staff very welcoming and vegan and vegetarian options are a real bonus. Great location: short walk to Bournville station (with direct trains to city centre). Bournville is lovely - especially the nearby Carillon!
