Costanzo was very helpful asking what we wanted to do, and he got the tickets for the around the island tour which was beautiful and only 22 euros. Norma the cleaning lady was very friendly and caring just like Costanzo. Definetely Il Truciolo is the best place to stay when visiting Ana Capri. The room has a mini kitchen and a fridge. Il truciolo is walking distance from vía orlandi shops in Ana capri. Walking distance from the bus if you want to visit Capri Center for all the fine stores or visit the Marina grande for the around island , grutta azzura tour.

The little flat is perfect for a couple and even if with 2 kids as the sofa bed is quite big. The location is in the heart of Anacapri with walking distance of amazing attractions. Slow walking : 5 min from Casa Rossa e Chiesa San Michelle and 10min from Villa San Michelle and Monte Solaro lift chair, also the pick up point for restaurant Gelsomina. So many shops, restaurants and supermarket all at your door step with prices much more reasonable considering the reality of Marina Grande or Capri town itself. The host Marinela was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much to ask, great suggestions of restaurants and places to visit. If you missing something simply ask! Our stay in La Draghina has made our vacation in Capri perfect! It was our second trip to the island and we wanted a base in Anacapri this time. As soon as we booked, Guglielmo contacted us with info about the house location and offered to pick us up at the port (which was greatly appreciated after a boat trip to the island!). Once at home, he helped us rent a scooter for the duration of the trip and I must say he is definitely the highlight of the place - he kept in touch during our stay, always very kind and with great suggestions. Do ask him questions about the surrounding areas and restaurants! The house is exactly as pictured, very beautifully designed in typical Capri style. The room we stayed in was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing with fresh croissants, homemade plum cake and a delicious homemade jam! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a kinder, more considerate host! No second doubts, just book if you want a great base for your visit in Capri & Anacapri!
