Set in the pedestrian zone at the historical centre of Cannobio, 21 km from Lugano, Antico Borgo B&B offers a shared lounge and free WiFi. We had a lovely stay at this Air B&B. Great location. Super clean and all updated. We were on the top floor and had a nice terrace. Easy walk to shops/restaurants. Fabulous breakfast. Comfy beds and nice linens. But the BEST thing was the innkeepers. Chiara and Francesco were so friendly and helpful. A truly rare find - do stay here if you have the opportunity. You won't regret it.

And it is not just Lago Maggiore that is nice. You can take a walk in the woods up the hill directly from the house which we did together with the landlady and her dog. As said, we felt really at home there. For those travelling without a car, it is good to know that there is a bus stop just 100 meters from the house. The bus runs several times a day and takes you down to Lago Maggiore.
