This is a great apartment in a safe area, with secure rooms. The room was spotless and had a coffee machine, tv, fridge, wardrobe. The bed was lovely and big and very comfortable. There was aircon and heating. It was very quiet. The bathroom was also a great size and had a great shower. There was free street parking outside on the street. It was spotless and very modern. The restaurants and old town are very close by and there are lots of nice cafes and bakeries almost next door, for breakfast. Recommend for a great stay.

Featuring a shared lounge and views of city, Quarzo. Modern Rooms is a recently renovated guest house located in Cagliari, 2.9 km from Spiaggia di Giorgino. Everything was amazing; beautiful apartment, lovely host (Ruccie), conveniently located with 10mins walk to the main station where the train from airport arrives and 10mins walk to the main old town with plenty of shops n restaurants along the way. Apartments are nicely decorated, mine had a balcony and the sun was shinning in the room around 4-6pm which was fantastic. Host even provided toiletries, chocolate and treats in the room. There is a shared kitchen with coffee and tea. The apartment has 2 other rooms (3 in total) and only one was occupied when i stayed so it felt great, almost like having the place to yourself. Would definitely stay again For value of money this place was amazing.

Amazing bathroom, very clean room, comfortable bed, very nice and helpful owner Francesca, good breakfast (you can choose if you want sweet or savory), parking in front of the door.

Fantastic value for money, clean, accessible, half way between centre of Cagliari and main beaches, quiet at night. All the amenities were close by, everything functioned great (shower, AC, coffee machine)

Big, clean, spacious rooms with modern design and amenities. Very comfy beds. The place is brand new and in a key position to discover the city center of Cagliari (15mins drive) and all the great beaches south of Cagliari (20-50 mins drive) from Poetto which is the closest to Villasimius which lies the furthest. If you come by car as we did this is the best accommodation you can get in Cagliari! Owner and his colleague Ana were very kind and always accessible.

Bullerjanos, a property with a garden, is set in Olbia, less than 1 km from San Simplicio Church, a 7-minute walk from Church of St. Barbara was a delight, helped us to bus station for. beach and bought our tickets.The little stand where bus left was incredible with the food.The lady who served the food was very helpful.Location was great. Great boardwalk and restaurants.Would welcome another visit.

The location is perfect, you can go in 10 min in the city centre and going walking around everywhere. The room is spacious, modern, silent, very clean and comfortable. Around the building is very easy parking the car.The best that you can find.

Great patio and lawn, we used the v. efficient fridge to chill our wine, & glasses were provided. Room was super clean and very quiet & dark at night (good window coverings). Very short walk to the Sandy beach

Situated in Elmas, 43 km from Nora and 10 km from National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari, A un passo da... B&B features air-conditioned accommodation with a balcony and free WiFi. The apartment is very clean and nice. The owner is a kind person and the breakfast was also very good.
