Great location by the beach with live music and bbq at the bar between the resort and the beach. Loved the cabin with our own bbq, fire pit and outdoor shower!
Tofino Resort + Marina is the ideal place to experience Tofino, Canada’s famous west coast surfing destination. Tofino is so much more than surfing though.

My partner and I recently stayed at Himwitsa Lodge in Tofino and had an absolutely amazing experience! The location is perfect, offering stunning views of the harbor and the surrounding mountains. The sunsets from the balcony were breathtaking and a highlight of our stay.
The lodge itself is cozy, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated with a touch of local charm. Our room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived.
One of the best parts was the easy access to the town's attractions and activities. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants, shops, and beaches. The on-site gallery and seafood shop were fantastic bonuses, adding to the overall experience.
We also appreciated being able to use the kitchenette to make breakfast and save some money during our stay.
We highly recommend Himwitsa Lodge to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway in Tofino. It's a perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and natural beauty. We can’t wait to come back!

Stunning beaches to hike and bring dogs with great surfing...
Stunning beaches to hike and bring dogs with great surfing spots and wildlife trails. It was so beautiful and serene. The town was adorable with lots of great shops and restaurants. Our favorite was the authentic Italian wood-fired pizza place called Basic Goodness. Try the pistachio cream pizza--INSANE. The owners are so friendly and sweet! Staff too! We also ate an amazing meal at The Pointe restaurant for my partner's birthday. We were treated like royalty and they even printed a birthday wish on his menu. First class and beautiful sweeping views. Make reservations! We booked another week in Tofino to go surfing (and eating pizza) in July!

We loved Tofino and highly recommend it for a stay.
We loved Tofino and highly recommend it for a stay. Beautiful part of the country. Great food. Lots of outdoor activities. Took a boat trip with Remote Passages to see the bears and it was a fantastic 3 hours. Stayed at Chesterman beach which is a great location - Seafarer B&B (friendly, comfortable and quiet). Had huge breakfasts provided at the B&B and didn’t need to eat again until dinner! Had great meals at The Shelter and Roar (which is in the Zed Hotel) Restaurants. Drove 40 minutes to Ucluelet one day to walk tracks around Wild Pacific Rim. Fantastic photos - eagles, seal, landscape, rock pools. Lovely cafes.

Tofino is worth the drive.
Tofino is worth the drive. Loved the casual vibe of this remote surf town. In winter it was delightful. We went up to Ucluelet and did a walk. We surfed in very thick wetsuits, and we had a sauna on the beach. The whale watching in winter didn't seem to be so easy to find.

What an absolutely interesting place!
What an absolutely interesting place! And we experienced both a trees breaking, power outing ferocious storm, and some pleasant and moderately sunny weather. Our stay at the Tin Wis Resort was beyond our expectations. We look forward to coming back, maybe in the summer next time.
View to the beach was awesome, calm and private look, especially at sun set.
The weather was great and using the outdoor facilities -seating area, BBQ, walking at the beach were supper pleasant.
We were three families and have three cabins. facilities were very convenient to get together as a group to enjoy the day time and separate for sleeping.
What an awesome place! it has a very cool seventies vibe, with a lot of great details from the decade including a mini disco and psychic den. Rooms are very comfortable with the best bathroom design I've seen ever and I travel a lot. The location is pretty good, a short walk from the nearest beach. I think we will be back.
Little gem in Tofino!! Good location, walking distance to everything. AMAZING view, waterfront. Good sushis with terasse downstairs. Cool and helpful staff. Parking on site. I miss it already, would definitely go back. Best for solo traveller.
Room was clean and easy to get to. View wasn’t great, but super easy to get to a spot with great views. Staff was awesome. Location is convenient. Once Shelter opens, it’ll be amazing! And the gym has the best view and is fully stocked.
Large space to suit our 4 person family (2 teen boys). Waterfront views of the inlet were great, enjoyed the deck area to sit and watch the boats. Location was perfect to access Tofino village businesses and restaurants.
The beds were PHENOMENAL!! So incredibly comfortable, best pillows in the world. Our room was overlooking the ocean, gorgeous views. The whole place was clean and had everything you could possibly need for your stay.
By far one of the best places I have ever stayed at! Bobbi & Jay are one of the nicest couples I have ever met, and I appreciated their advice on things to check out around town. I hope to stay there again soon!
The location is superb, accommodations were cheap and cheerful, staff had their stuff together. As a broke university student, I give whalers on the point 10 outta 10. Keep it 100 guys, COME VISIT TOFINO!
The rooms were lovely and the food available at the restaurants was superb. Loved all the amenities they had at the hotel as well. Was close to many of the beaches in Tofino.
