Big plus for us was the secure parking.
The breakfast was with homemade products and super delicious.
Patricia is very kind and helpful. We really enjoyed her breakfst and our stay at her place. We couldn't ask for better!

I typically don't stay around a train station, but I decided at the last minute to visit this adorable town and there were few options for accommodations. I am so glad this was available! The Owner is a sweetheart and he has done a fantastic job of transforming a former train worker's place of stay, to a very comfortable hotel. Close to the train station where we left our car safely. Very clean and comfortable place, excellent secure parking and good breakfast. Good Wifi in all areas and spacious rooms. The apartment is more beautiful than the pictures and the view from the terrace is amazing. Everything is very thoughtful, the apartment is well equipped and we had everything that we needed during the stay. Special thanks to Saverio in his mother Silvana for the kindness and the great Sicilian lunch. From the first moment we were feeling like home. We would definitely recommend it to everybody and will be happy to come back again.

Secured parking is available on the back yard, yet may be tricky to drive out through narrow passage for some large SUVs, but its just a matter of carefull patience. Railroad station is just few mins walk, and in 15 min You will be at Central Station of Palermo. The villa is located between two cities - Bagheria and Aspra. We went to the sea in Aspra - it's 10 minutes on foot. There is a train station in Bagheria - 20 minutes walk. Many thanks to the hostess for taking us to the station with our luggage.
