The place was really clean and pleasant. The room was excellent. The best was though the friendly staff that had some truly excellent ideas on what to do during our stay. We also gained some super help to get to the boat in time.
Everything went really well and we will definitely come to this hotel again. We have nothing to complain about.

Claudio and his family are very nice and go out of their way to make sure guests are pleased. Claudio knows the island and dropped us off at the start point for our walks ... we always felt very secure. The island too is full of friendly sociable people!

A beautiful place to stay. Easy to navigate, great waterfront access, excellent transport. Plenty of local eateries ranging from takeaway to sit down dining. The room I stayed in was fantastic. Would stay again and extend my visit plenty more to see and do.

The island of Lipari is the perfect location if you are looking to escape the mainland. Relaxing, refreshing, rejuvenating. Be sure to rent a scooter to make your trip more convenient. I recommend to travel around the island after the beach for sunset, it takes about 1 hour to do the whole loop.

Great views from various places on the island.
Great views from various places on the island. The beaches are really nice and the water is crystal clear. You need a car although there seems to be some public transport/buses, too. A place to visit is the old town of Lipari. There are many good restaurants in lively Canneto or Lipari. You may want to go to Acquacalda if you prefer a quieter environment.

March is not the best period of the year to go there (most of the restaurants and services are closed).
I think June and September should be the right time to visit the isle.
Great place to make some trip around: just walk up to one of the hills to get some incredible view of the See, the Aeolian Isles and even the Etna volcano!
This was one of our favorite B&Bs ever - don't miss the opportunity to stay here! The owners, Davide and Chiara, made it feel like they were welcoming you into their home. We appreciated the pickup and drop off to and from the port, their help coordinating activities, and the most delicious breakfast. The inn is beautifully designed, and the terrace views are stunning. It's also very easy to walk into the town, but you are also far enough away to enjoy the peace and serenity of the island. Highly recommend!!
The best place EVER: location is stunning, you are surrounded by the friendliest and funniest animals, the open space outside of the room is endless and the views over Panarea, Stromboli and Lipari town gorgeous! Most importantly, Luigi and Stefania are incredible hosts, and we really mean it! Always available for the tiniest thing, always kind with food, stories of the island, indications and friendly moments: Luigi and Stefania are always thereto make your day special!
Francesca and her family were super Hosts. Very nice and Always here to give us good advices.
The place was quiet and calm.
The bedroom was very clean, with good fournitures and bed.
The view was extraordinary beautiful.
Beach very close.
Very Good restaurants nearby.
It was perfect :)
Thank you for everything
My only regret is that i only booked 3 night and i wish i spent more Time in lipari in frajmari.
It was the best hôtel of my whole trip in sicily
The hosts welcomed us already at the near Piazza and brought us to the accommodation. They are very nice and helpful. The Casa Annina is about 15 minutes by walk from the port where the ferries from Milazzo arrive and very close to Marina Corta where the boats leave for excursions to other islands. Supermarkets are near and all sights in the town of Lipari are easy to reach by walking. Internet is included and very good.
Rosy is an excellent host with a personal touch that made me feel at home. She offered me fresh vegetables and fruit from her garden, homemade jam and helped me a lot in arranging excursions to the other Aeolian islands and transportation in Lipari (since I don't speak Italian). The apartment was very clean and comfortable, with a nice garden. It has a beautiful view and is ideal for calm nights.
The only really positive thing one can say about this hotel is that it is beautifully located. Built in 1971, it was once clearly very glamorous, and the hotel itself was inserted into the mountainside, at the far end of Lipari town (NB it is a mile's walk into the centre of the town. However, Marina Corta, which is nicer that Lipari town, is only about 10 minutes walk away)
Beautiful hotel decorated with a wonderful collection of antique items that lend it a feeling of character. Nice bar and garden. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the place was comfortable for a stay on Lipari. It's a little outside of the main historical quarter, but only a couple streets away. Breakfast was very good, with an assortment of gluten-free items as well.
The hotel is a very unic place of lipari.
I love it. The service is very friendly and perfect organized. It has very charming rooms and from the Villa Augustus you can walk quickly into town and marina corta. Everything is near bye.
Breakfast includes gluten free products and for vegeterians is enough good food to eat.
I come here regularerly.

We had such a lovely stay at Case Margherita. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. The little patios by each apartment are a great spot to eat, hang out, and relax. The view from the pool is just awesome at all times of the day. Linda and her staff were all very nice, available, and helpful. We'll absolutely stay here next time we're in Lipari!
Incredible views from the entire apartment. Super clean, which I value especially. The kitchen is very fancy and equipped with everything you might need for a proper cooking. The hosts Graziano and Luana are incredibly sweet and accommodating - we’ve stayed in many accommodations throughout Sicily but the hosts here were definitely the nicest and friendliest.
The owner Marco was extremely attentive. Sweet Life is in the best location, it is large, comfortable, clean and with modern decor. By far our favorite apartment during our travels in all of Sicily! You will not be disappointed. Sweet Life is a Jewel and true to its name. We will return!
Hosts were super friendly and always available if needed. Breakfast was always fresh and delicious. The rooms were exceptionally clean and you could see that everything was new. I would highly recommend this B&B for anyone visiting the Aeolian Islands! 10/10!
A wonderful B&B. Simply great. Chiara and Davide give a warm welcome and excellent service to their guests. They know the most wonderful places in Lipari and the other islands. Definitely a place to come back. Thanks, Chiara and Davide, it was a great week.
Melania and Marco were wonderful hosts. The B&B is beautiful and tranquil. The breakfast was perhaps the most amazing part - with fresh fruits and homemade Sicilian specialties. If we return to Lipari, we would certainly be back to the B&B and its cat!
Was nice stay at Canneto (should be quietter than Lipari and it was true). Bus from/to Lipari is frequently available. Actually we took an excursion to Stronboli from Lipari, coming back to Canneto mid night. A nice view from apartment.
We spent multiple days to explore the islands. The hotel is nice, clear and has a particular charm to it. Very quiet and super convenient to get to the city center or the marina.
Fantastic staff. Clean room with great view. Good breakfast and very nice pool overlooking the town of Lipari. Next time in Lipari, I would book this hotel again.
The proximity to the impressive museum and to the major street of Lipari and the size of the room, with its large terrace and hammock, made this a great base.
