The staff is so friendly. They help you with everything you need. I was able to cook my dinner with the chef for cooking class. Unbelievable! So much fun with the people working there. We had a nice view to Lions Rock from our balcony

Go here! The pool is really relaxing on the hot days, the view is breathtaking and the people are very very nice. Our tuk tuk wouldn’t start, they ran with us over the path (with 37 degrees) and fixed a mechanic within 5 minutes. Thanks again!

Superb hotel. Very calm environment with plenty of space and a lovely pool. The staff is excellent. A young and dynamic team. The waiter who speaks English very well was fantastic (and the rest of the team too, but special mention to the waiter). The food is good, and at our request, they agreed to prepare daily purees or boiled vegetables for our babies aged 16 months to 2 years. The rooms are large and clean, with all the necessities. Kettle, fridge, large bed. Hot water and good pressure for the shower. Seat to relax on the balcony. Air conditioning and fan. The value for money is good. The person who responds to booking messages was very helpful and responsive to all our exchanges. Thank you to the whole team for this very pleasant stay with you. We highly recommend this place, where we had four amazing days! We will definitely come back! Best wishes to all

The property was the perfect location for lots of activities and sight seeing including visiting and climbing both rocks , elephant safaris , ballon flights and lots of great places to eat nearby . The property had a lovely central garden which was well maintained and the restaurant on site was lovely to relax and chill in as you ate ( breakfasts were amazing). The property was secure with the elephant fence around the perimeter. We loved sitting on the swing seat with morning cup of tea watching the wild life in paddy fields just behind the property . Remember you are in Sri Lanka so do not be surprised by and enjoy the geckos, frogs , chipmunks and other wildlife that join you . Staff were extremely helpful and attentive and anything you wished to do whilst staying at property they happily helped organise for you . We stayed here during our honeymoon and room was made special with petals on bed for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lario. We were warmly greeted by the owners, Rita and Roshan, and the super friendly staff. They helped us book a tuk tuk for an early visit to Sigyria. Our room was big and nicely decorated. A/C worked well. And you can pay your stay by card! 100% recommended!
