The place was so close to the beach which is what I love, to be as close to the sea as possible. The Lighthouse was also a walk away and it was so easy going up the 71 steps to the top to enjoy the beautiful view.
It was just unfortunate that we had bad weather and was not able to do all the things we planned to do. Theres a Parkrun every Saturday.

Beautiful little town, the weather was unfortunately cold and rainy but we still walked around and visited the Southern most tip of Africa. I see there is many tidal pools. Lovely restaurants with good food. The city was very clean and had everything you need for a stay. Good shop and even a pick N pay liquor store. We will be back in summer

We went primarily to meet a friend.
We went primarily to meet a friend. Apart from being the most southerly point in Africa, it doesn’t have much to recommend it compared to many other places. There are nice beaches and rocky shores and a small harbour, but many of those elsewhere. The lighthouse is worth a visit - but major construction taking place when we were there so no car park etc.. There are quite a few dirt roads in the area which, apart from offering a rough ride, make the car very dirty. The main access road is fine however.

Our trip was fantastic.
Our trip was fantastic. The welcome were received was very warm and the accommodation spacious and with a great outlook. Throughout our stay we felt very comfortable and our hosts gave us some great information about both dining and visiting.
Secure and homely feeling, fantastic ocean and lighthouse views. Communication from owner was tops. House well equipped with everything we needed. Loved being close to the lighthouse, beach and restaurants in Agulhas.
Struissbaai was just a few minutes drive away with its harbour, Catchcook restaurant and stingrays attraction. Also the fascinating Kassiesbaai and Arnistion's stunning pebbled and rocky beaches, and the amazing beach cave at Waehuiskrans were just a 30min drive away.
It is a lovely apartment - very spacious with all the facilities we could wish for. The separate lounge/dining room off the kitchen is lovely and we enjoyed sitting in the courtyard. Our hostess went out of her way with unexpected extras that made us feel extremely welcome and looked after. We can highly recommend this stay and will refer anyone we meet going to Agulhas to stay at Tides' Song. Thank you.
Everything! Our host was exceptionally hospitable and went far beyond what was needed to make our stay comfortable. All consumables we can think of were provided for.
The place looks better in real life and the location is unbeatable being located practically on the beach, directly in front of a beautiful tidal pool.
This is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday.
Our stay at Agulhas Ocean House was a real treat. Our room was amazing, with double aspect views and a superb bathroom. Our hosts, Sheryl and Alan, were extremely attentive, kind and keen to make our stay memorable. Which they certainly did. I cannot recommend Agulhas Ocean House highly enough; we are sorry we only booked to stay one night!
It's a beautiful, comfortable & clean little cottage with everything you need. The setup was convenient & easy. The garden with the different bird species was a bonus & being close to a few tourist attractions was the ideal place for a much needed holiday. The hostess was very hospitable & you can see that she takes pride in her business.
The location is great, so close to Cape Agulhas, the Southern-most point of Africa. So I could drive to the point to see the most beautiful sunrise at the meeting point of Indian Ocean and Atlantic Ocean. You can see from the short video, started from 0min 51sec.

Susie and her husband were the perfect hosts at Beachcombers. The apartment was spacious and had everything you could ask for. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were very comfortable and the extra touches that went into making our stay perfect were well appreciated!
This is a convenient B&B for exploring Miss Agulhas. The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast is great and rooms have a direct view of the Indian Ocean. There is also a common room to have a tea or play board games. Parking is available right in front of the building and is free.
a nice room with a great view. it's simple, but with taste. the kitchen row is well equipped for self catering. comfortable bed. terrasse and room overlooking Agulhas and a long coast line. Very friendly and helpful hosts. i would always like to come back.
It was cosy and loved the decor. We had everything we needed and only wished we were staying longer. Liz and her husband were kind and accommodating hosts. They recommended the best fish and chip place in Agulhas too. We’d choose to stay here again
The location is central and has amazing views. The host is gracious and added many personalised touches to make us feel at home. Went the extra mile to provide welcoming treats, and amenities beyond the required for a self catering accommodation.
Amazing place for a stopover to enjoy Cape Agulhas! Room has everything you need and the attention to detail was great and wel thought of. Host was the most friendly too and happy to give tips and info. Would stay again!
The view was terrific. Not particularly fancy but comfy and anything you could need was provided. The owners provided some great travel tips and we enjoyed a nice walk along the shore to the lighthouse.
Comfortable for an easy-going family. Beds were comfortable and clean. The location was excellent with both Struisbaai and Agulhas easy to reach. We loved having the washing machine available.
The location and view from the room was beyond beautiful. The room was 5 star hotel standard. And location to surrounding area was the best walking distance for everything.
