Everything was perfect! Roberto is a very friendly, kind and welcoming host, he made our stay comfortable and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we asked for. The house is very pleasant and quiet with a beautiful view of the nearby vineyards. You can choose whether you want to relax by the pool or sit in the shade, there is plenty of space, so it is not at all crowded with other guests from the house. The breakfast was excellent, served in a basket, which you can enjoy anywhere in the garden. We were served eggs, pastries, salamis and cheeses, fruits, vegetables, etc., so there were plenty of options to choose from, including gluten and lactose free items. The biggest highlight of our stay was the owner's dog Layla, who shares the same friendly and kind attitude with Robert. She immediately befriended us and chilled with us by the pool, making sure we didn't drown. 😁 The center of San Gimignano can be easily reached by car in just a few minutes. There are enough parking spaces for all guests within the facility. Our room was perfectly clean, we had everything mentioned in the reservation and we felt very comfortable.

Everything! It was a last minute weekend break and it turned out fabulous even beyond expectations! The owners made us feel super welcome and they gave us great advise about the surrounding. We loved the breathtaking view and the dinner was delicious! The swimming pool area is just wonderful!

Absolutely lovely property in the Tuscan countryside with amazing views. The apartment was well furnished & the kitchen provided with good crockery & cooking pans etc. The pool & grounds are lovely... Nina & Pongo are very friendly. We will be coming back!!
