Plenty of room in the units, seating ok, eating and tea facilities good, beds ok, nice shower and bath and close to where we needed to be. Brothers Club in the area was a bonus. Cleaning staff really friendly and nothing was a problem.

It was very handy to showgrounds, shopping centres and places to get meals and entertainment. I didn't avail myself of breakfast. I didn't know ow it was available so I purchased bread, butter and spread before I got there

Ipswich is a very tidy city and has plenty of good restaurants, motels and Rail stations is located in the centre of the town centre. There is a shop for all in the city centre, and very affordable. There are plenty of nice Parks for the kids to enjoy. Generally, Ipswich has laid back country style shopping, in the city.

The town has some good shops if you know where to look.
The town has some good shops if you know where to look. Very difficult to find somewhere to eat in main town on Monday night. It has good parks and the Jacarandas and old Queenslanders make the place look attractive.

Oh dear, most community beautiful.
Oh dear, most community beautiful. Couple of bad eggs, common. Ipswich Qld is a great place, with a lively and caring atmosphere, not made for the average spender at all though.$$$ ELITE PRICES, accommodation$ and Real Estate$ included. Rare full time, secure employment. Not for the faint hearted. Be wary 😟 Warwick, QLD, Dalby, Qld, Toowoomba Qld, Accommodation, hospitality HOT SPOTS 🔥 WATCH THESE DESTINATIONS!! BLOODY GREAT! ☺️

Best - Workshops Rail Museum, Ipswich Art Gallery, Spark Festival - art on buildings and tour of St. Paul's Anglican which included a performance by the organist.
Perhaps more alternatives for dining out are needed.

The taxi service was very good.
The taxi service was very good. There were no close by food outlets with takeaway food (I came by train so was without my own transport). I enjoyed the nightly light show on the cinema complex. I quickly realised that taxis were engaged from 1 West Street and that entrance from that address through the car park to the lift was the best means to enter and exit the building.
Avoid at all costs. aside from the trains passing by throughout the night we were charged $152.00 after we had left as we were told that we lost a key. while I called the hotel after seeing the charge i my credit card and explained we returned the key in checkout we are still fighting for the refund. AVOID THIS PLACE
The apartment was far more spacious than I expected, making it feel quite homely and added to the relaxed vibe. Being on a higher floor provided an exceptional view of Ipswich and the surrounding lawns and architecture. The kitchenette was well-provisioned and allowed for a home-cooked meal during the short stay.
Beautiful and well appointed apartment. It had everything I needed, the hosts are very considerate in their preparation and it is in a quiet street. Everything was practically new which was nice. A great alternative to a motel or hotel.
Overall, a pretty convenient place to stay for a few days in Ipswich. Nothing fancy, but functional and has a basic kitchen, secure car parking, and comfortable bed. Price was reasonable compared to other places in Ipswich.
Urban Gateway was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for anyone visiting Ipswich. in particular, having a bathroom for each bedroom was great for a group of work colleagues travelling together.
Cumquat house has some interesting history to it and was quiet but within a walkable location to Ipswich CBD.
The hosts were very accommodating and were good to chat to about the local area.
The ambience on the verandah is fabulous, sitting on the outdoor couch with a glass of wine and the sound of birds, feels like you’re in the country, not 5 minutes away from downtown Ipswich.
Comfortable little room with a private bathroom. Excellent continental breakfast. Friendly and helpful proprietors with loads of local knowledge. Extremely close to the university campus.
Friendly and welcoming staff who made checking in a breeze! The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel was within walking distance of my activities for the weekend as well.
