Staff - Really attentive. Car parked within 2 minutes of our arrival. Location - Couldnt be better.

Everything! I was greeted by a great big smile from the bellman, and receptionist. They are all great asset of the property. Then, the room was stunning! Everything is so perfect!

Park Lane New York is a deluxe hotel with a European ambiance, providing views over Central Park and the New York skyline. Location was excellent. People - perfect. Loved all the “darling” SMSs. what to improve - elevator. Maybe it was just an ancident that week, but we really struggle - long time waiting.
