The size, comfort and personalisation of the room, the staff service, our fabulous view - it was amazing. We are on our honeymoon and we felt really looked after! The staff gave us a bottle of delicious rose wine and some snacks to help celebrate it!

I liked the facilities in the rooms. We booked a king suite as I have a baby so it made it a lot easier to manage her routine and be able to make and store food for her. The rooms were clean and spacious. I also enjoyed interacting with the staff, they were very friendly and professional. Overall an absolute delight compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at in New York.

The location is well balanced (close to many tourist points but in a more quiet area). Bathroom is confortable.
