Fantastic property. Very big, warm (in winter), fresh and clean. Area is quiet and safe. Andy is great host. We had booked wrong dates and we could change reservation for free. You can trust Andy. He is professional and nice.

The landlord was very helpful and understanding. He gave us detailed instructions on how to use various appliances and was always there if we needed him. The room was very clean with everything one would need - large flat screen TV, iron, blow dryer, the scales to weigh the luggage, power adaptera for European plug ins, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and more. We had plenty of room to store our clothes, big drawers and a closet. Everything was clearly explained. It was very affordable to rent this room and was within a 5 minute walk from tourist sites such as the Tower or the Tower Bridge.

The innkeeper was incredibly kind and welcoming. The breakfast was a lovely spread of breads, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurts, coffee, etc. Excellent location with a bus stop across the street.

Gamal was very helpful. The room (and the place) was over our expections (for example - very good wifi :-) comfortable kitchen, very clean bathroom etc.) We have enjoyed to stay here very much. Woolwich Station (Elizabeth Line) provides a very good and comfortable connections to the City as well as Heathrow. We suggest this property with warm heart!

It was the best accommodation experience possible. Tommy really made us feel at home. In my opinion, the house is located in the most beautiful part of London. You can reach Queensway tube station in ten minutes. You can also walk to Hyde Park in ten minutes. There are also great restaurants and markets near the house. You can access everything you need. I go very prepared for my travels because I don't know what I will encounter, but if I had known that this house was so well-equipped, I would have made less preparations. This house has a converter for European sockets, a coffee machine, snacks and everything you might need in a house. Everything has been considered and aesthetics have not been sacrificed. It is a very nice apartment and is located in a wonderful garden. Watching the squirrels passing through the garden while drinking your coffee in the morning feels really great. The room and bathroom are very clean and comfortable. During our trip, we tried to cope with our desire to go home. The peace of the environment seems to beckon you to it. Tommy's surprises and his wonderful dog Blanco are other things that will make this house indispensable. In summary, it is a very peaceful and comfortable place that you can choose with peace of mind for a wonderful accommodation experience. Enjoy it. Thanks again to Tommy and Harolda for everything. Absolutely loved my stay here.The lady who checked me in etc. was very pleasant.I had booked a double room for myself which was lovely,well aired extremely clean,comfy bed and good shower.After 4 days of sightseeing in central London coming back to the guest house was a pleasure in lovely,peaceful surrounding.Lovely Italian restaurant literally 30 yards from Marple Cottage Guest House and only a pleasant 10 minute stroll to Wimbledon Park tube station.Will definitely stay here again.
