The accommodation was easy to find and easy to check in. The accommodation had great cooking facilities and plenty of room in the shared refrigerator. They also had a complimentary coffee, tea, and cocoa machine. The room was quiet. It was small but comfortable.

Basic but very good. Klara guesthouse offers self-check in, rooms were spotlessly clean. Good hot shower and a small kitchen that is well-equipped. A great place to overnight if you need a break from the tent/are going to see the whales in dalvik the following morning. Communication from the host was very reactive. Our stay was exactly what we needed 😀

The guest house is lovingly cared for and was comfortable. We appreciated the small kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our breakfasts and dinner. Bonus that the grocery store was right around the corner! Ida was very friendly and knowledgeable, and makes a great cappuccino in the attached coffee shop! She kindly put us in the quietest room she had available when she found out that there was going to be a late-night music festival during our stay.

Easy late check in. Quiet accommodation in panoramic surrounding. Although I forgot to order breakfast in advance I was offered coffee and tea by the very kind hostess Ida.

    - The cottage is very pretty and in a perfect location overlooking the mountains and the fjord. All of us fell in love with it. - Good sized bedrooms, living room and kitchen with adequate utensils and lots of spices and other things left by previous guests. - It's in a quiet area and easy to just relax there. I think we were the only guests there at the time and it felt more special and private. The small town of Olafsfjordur is quite interesting too. It's a bummer that we couldn't see any northern lights while we were there.
