Very nice family run guesthouse, super close to the new bus stand and next to the lake. The place was very clean and the family is very kind and helpful. We got the standard fan room which can get very hot! They offered a bottle of water on arrival but i gave it back an instead refilled my reusable bottle with filter water from the kitchen. :) they offer bikes and rental of motorbike. They also habe a tuc tuc in case u need a lift. Recommend also to visit Mihitale (reachable by bus) and go around the lake by bike, there are nice cafe shops on the other side!

Everything is good. The owner Nuwan and the boy who takes care of the place Sithara were incredible in their service and super friendly. The room I've stayed in second visit now. I love it. best thing is socket near the bed. And lake front hotel. The ambiance is great.

Excellent staff support and service. Beautiful and well maintained facilities. Nice pool. Comfortable bed. Good Sri Lankan breakfast. It's very quiet because it is away from the main road.

Mohamed was so friendly and so accommodating! He made delicious dinners and had lots of suggestions on what to do. He even organised a surprise birthday party (including dairy free cake) for my partner.

The rooms are so clean, with large and very comfortable beds. We had a balcony, good air con and a really good, clean bathroom. We ate at the restaurant there - owner is a good cook and prices were very good. Breakfast is delicious, served in the garden. The owners are very helpful and their place is well run and lacking nothing. Would definitely stay again if we could.

An absolutely wonderful place to stay when visiting Anuradhupura as it is so close to the ancient city. Quiet, next to the rice fields and a lotus pond. Food was spectacular and both the owners had the most wonderful smiles!
