I had an amazing stay in Lobster Inn and I would definitely recommend to go there. The rooms are nice with detail and there are enough shelf's to put you stuff. Loved the outdoor siting area with the garden and the outdoor shower. Also the service was on point. They organised a snorkelling trip to pidgeon island for us and everything is clean. Just two minute walk to the beach. In the morning you can use the kitchen to make some coffee. Thank you very much for the great time. Hope to see you again.

Beautiful room and amazing staff, very friendly and helpful (helped us organizing activities, exchanging money, arranging a taxi to Yala…). The location was extremely convenient, very close to the beach and to the delicious restaurants in the area. A 2 min walk to the main road to find a Tuk Tuk to anywhere. We had a great time, great value for money!

Everything was just perfect! Quiet place close to a nice beach with a very shallow water. One can walk at low tide to Nilaveli beach (15 min walk). Brenda was a perfect, talkative and helpful host as well as an excellent cook. One can refill bottles with a drinking water at the property. Nice well equipped huts with comfortable bed. 10 and 15 min by tuk tuk to Upuveli and Trinco, respectively. Surprisingly no mosquitoes (the first place without them during our 3 weeks travels in Sri Lanka). If you look for peaceful quite oasis this place is for you. Highly recommended!

The host is a very nice guy. He was very helpful and gave us lots of advice for our jouney. He even gave us his phone number so we could have called him at any time if something would have happened. The accomodation is located very close to a beautiful beach.

The host is the kindest person, selflessly caring for street dogs and cats in Trincomalee. By booking a room here you help him financially to take care of these animals. But apart from that, the room was also really nice: very clean, spacious and comfortabele, a nice bed, a nice and strong shower, and good airconditioning. I would defenitely recommend any pet lover to stay here when in Trincomalee!!

We'd only booked for two nights but extended to four as we needed to rest and relax. Our room was of a reasonable standard, but on occasions it smelt of sewage. The bathroom sink and the shower drain haven't got 'U' bends so the smell is not prevented from escaping into the room. Shame as everything else was good. The electric shower worked well with hot water. The air conditioner worked well but there was something wrong with the remote control as it was tempremental and didn't work well. We stuck it on 30c and used the fan instead. It would be nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However the main reason for our extended stay was the huge clean swimming pool which was brilliant. We had it mostly to ourselves as there are only six rooms and only five were let. Most people staying went out for most of the day leaving the pool to us. The water was warm too. My little thermometer read 33.4c. Overall a good place to stay lots of restaurants nearby and the beach is juat a stones throw away. The waste pipes just need 'U' bends to stop the smell.
