Domingo x Casa Norte looks fantastic from the photos, but believe me it’s way more better in reality. Casa Norte combines the modern and the classic style, and it feels so nice to stay at it. The traditional balcony really stood out for us. It felt so calm to drink your morning espresso while enjoying the alley view.

The location and the hotel was amazing, so cute and historical! It is one of the place in Malta for sure. It was easy to travel around and see beautiful places in Birgu. Hotel was also so cute, I love the room 😍 And also the owner was so nice and helpful! He made us feel like at home during the period we stayed 🏡

Perfect location for feeling like local - you walk narrow streets (no cars allowed), climb steep stairs, enjoy the antiquity of the appartment and views of terrace. The air conditioning served well for heating (Januarry!). Kitchen was well equipped. The bed was comfortable - best for those who prefer firmer mattress. The other shout-out goes to Malta's weather in January - during one week stay we did not get rain and the temperature was 16-19 degrees. Great break from winter! We had a chance to explore most interesting places practically without tourists.

The room was basic, the bathroom was private and excellent, kitchen basically equipped. The staff, Jessica was highly professional, very kind, so helpful, and generous. She even offered us a breakfast on the day of check-out. The hotel is side by side with free parking lot, and easily accessible to ferries sailing to Valletta. The store is just some steps from the hotel. Malta was my 19th visited countries in Europe, and it was the first visit to Malta, I left it with very beautiful impression, souvenirs and full of energy. Staff were super helpful, organised transfers and made accommodations for bag storage when our flights were at awkward times. Alfredo talked through all the good spots around malta when we first arrived and was available to help for any questions. There was an issue with one of the air-conditioning units but due to the efficiency of the staff it was resolved very quickly. The balcony offers an amazing view, oerfect for a chill evening with some drinks. Rooms were spacious and each had their own bathroom. Would highly recommend.
