I have given over 100 reviews since I started using booking.com and this was the easiest decision I have ever had to make in marking the property 10/10. The apartment was immaculate and equipped with absolutely everything you could need. It was a shame that we only booked one night to stay as it was a top class establishment. Kitchen had everything you could need, microwave, oven, cooker top, fridge, freezer. The check in was very easy and all done with minimal fuss. Bathroom and shower were absolutely perfect as well. Clean and spotless in every way. Bed was very comfortable as well. We knew the minute we arrived that the apartment was as close to perfect as you can get. An absolute joy to stay

This house can be a role model for any rented place, how it should be prepared and maintained. We would give 11 of 10 if possible.

Very clean. The kitchen is well equipped so you can easily cook there. The garden is nice and some beautiful turtles live there. The owner is very friendly and helpful.

The property exceeded our expectations by far! The amount of space available, both inside and outside, was more than expected. MYO Cagliari Charming House is situated in Cagliari. Popular points of interest around the property include National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari and Sardinia International Fair. The Quatro Apartment is nothing less than exceptional. A very well-balanced mix of old Cagliari and modern houses. Position - in Villanova area, very close to Castello, very close to San Benedetto market (don't forget to visit!!), close to the old town - meaning all mentioned areas are about a 5 to 15 min walk. Don't be afraid about the fact the apartment is in a pedestrian area. A very convenient indoor parking is a 5 min walk. Price for parking there - 9 eur per 24 hours. Cannot find anything more convenient. The host is a very friendly and warm person - thank you again for all, Rafaella!! The bedroom and the bed - really good and comfy!! The cleaning of the house - flawless!
