Set just 42 km from Gregory Lake, leisure Mount View features accommodation in Haputale with access to free bikes, a garden, as well as a shared kitchen. Beautiful views, Spacious room, comfy bed! Amazing & friendly staff. Extremely helpful and attentive. We had both our dinners and breakfast here and it was definitely the best Sri Lankan food we have had so far. Location is 20 min walk to town - which we liked a lot but could easily get a tuk tuk which would take less than 5 minutes.

Excellent view of the looping railroad through the woods, beautiful mountains, and small farms. Unique construction using local timber. Amazing food on request. We had pleasant conversations with all family members who have local ancestry.

Located in Ella, 4.4 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge and 48 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, Eminence ella provides spacious air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. Amazing staff! 80% of whatever we did was with their help and guidance. Safari, hiking, cafe, you name it. We recommend Yala for safari. We were lucky to see elephants, bear and even a jaguar with the guide suggested by the hosts. We went on 5-8 october. The view is astonishing and when it rains it's truly unique. They serve delicious breakfast. The coffee is great too. Comfy and clean beds. While here, we recommend at least 2-3 days in Ella, go to Little Adam's Peak for sunrise, go to Asanka Cafe for a view to the Nine Arch Bridge, go to Yala Safari if you have a day to spare, go to the Uva Halpewatte Tea Factory. Reading a book with a view and some tea at this accomodation was delightful.

Avenra Cottage, a property with a garden and a terrace, is set in Ella, 1.5 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, 49 km from Hakgala Botanical Garden, as well as 1.5 km from Little Adam's Peak. It was just outside the Main Street in Ella, about a 10 minute walk but still has lots of restaurants near by. It was set back off the main road so we had some privacy. And right next to the path to 9 arches bridge

Situated just 5.3 km from Demodara Nine Arch Bridge, New Farmers Paradise provides accommodation in Ella with access to a garden, a shared lounge, as well as room service. Harry was lovely and friendly, room had a great view. Was an excellent homestay while still having plenty of privacy. 10/10 would stay again.
