Beautiful Mediterranean style villa situated in a splendid panoramic position just a few steps from the beach. Quiet and sunny but not isolated, it is surrounded on three sides by a well-kept garden with lawn and 2 large terraces with dining areas perfect for outdoor living most of the day and evening. Essential, elegant and well integrated in the surrounding sea landscape, Lisca Blu is made with natural materials and offers welcoming, bright and well-divided interiors equipped with all modern comforts: air conditioning, WiFi, 52 "TV with satellite channels, CD player , Furnished with particular care, it opens on the raised ground floor with a large living area which leads to a terrace with sofas, tables and chairs overlooking the lush garden from which to enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the sea.An equipped kitchen: a bathroom and on the lower floor with independent access from the outside / inside there are: 2 double bedrooms / 2 beds with large closets, mosquito nets, bedside tables, ironing board, hallway and 1 bathroom / shower Outside: barbecue, hot shower, laundry , large shaded parking lot, free use of bikes, beach towels and umbrella for the sea.
I am Fabio, j loves to travel, I speak English and French fluently. Lisca blu with its swing linked to the centenary olive tree, bike rides, sleeping with a camping tent with friends on the lawn is the family villa where I spent the most beautiful and carefree holidays. Lovely in spring and autumn due to its mild climate and the possibility of walking / hiking in the nearby Monte Cofano reserve, which I love to climb to enjoy the view (or even from the nearby Falesie of the Cerriolo or Calamancia park in San Vito Lo Head). In winter its sunsets, with the sometimes rough sea, have a fascinating appeal. Waking up in the summer putting on your swimsuit and taking a few steps take a swim in the cool, calm and crystal clear waters of the bay or drink a good wine while watching the sunset from the veranda overlooking the sea have no comparison! I love living in big cities but I am a young man who knows where to come back to fortify himself but not isolate himself! I love to give hospitality to others the wonderful joy I feel at Lisca Blu. My mom and Anna help me to make your holiday happy and comfortable!
Delightfully framed by the Monte Cofano reserve and the Mangiapane cave, the Lisca Blu villa offers an enchanting view of the bay between Erice and the Egadi islands. Perfect for families or friends who want to have a comfortable and relaxing stay. It is an ideal base for visiting Western Sicily. A few kilometers from the beach of San Vito Lo Capo, Erice, the natural reserves of Zingaro and Stagnone, Marsala, the Saline, the windmills, the ancient temple and the Greek amphitheater of Segesta, Trapani and its 100 ancient churches and boarding for the Egadi islands. Lisca Blu is the ideal dwelling for lovers of the sea and trekking who can leave from here for canoe or walk excursions to the nearby Monte Cofano nature reserve or the "Calamancina" or "Parco Cerriolo" crag which can be described as a little jewel in the surrounding area of ​​San Vito. The compact rock offers fantastic climbing on holes and cracks with easy and medium routes. The "Grotta" sector hosts the street "Going to life", the first Sicilian 9th.
