Savanah was a joy to have conversations with. The lodge grounds were spectacular and the lake was just outside our window for viewing. We felt like we had known them for years, that is how comfortable they made us feel. We will get back there again!!!!

Very nice hotel, with the authentic soul, located in a picturesque lake shoreline. They are providing very tasty, complimentary breakfasts, you can also order other meals and drinks later. I promise you that a pint of beer on a very green grass in front of the lodge will taste like nowhere else. You can rent a free canoe and explore neighboring islands, water in the lake was warm so we enjoyed swimming too.

The lodge exceeded our expectations. Staff was so friendly and willing to make us feel welcome. The included cooked to order breakfast was tasty.

The location sitting on the edge of the lake, which was frozen at the time, was spectacular. The log cabin construction and fitting out of the internal bar/dining area was just what you would expect from an Alaskan Lodge. The fire pit under the never setting sun was a great experience. We should have stayed longer.
