Front Desk is extremely helpful, so kind and warm. They have complimentary coffee in the morning. Great for a short stay at Jackson Hole Downtown. The linen and beds were good and clean, with enough towels. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Everything was just perfect. We had such an incredible time, we wish we could have stayed longer! The pool/hot tub, beds, breakfast and location were all lovely. Most of all, the hospitality by the staff went above and beyond. Specifically, Michelle, Patty and Jonathan went above and beyond to help us have a fantastic time. We can not thank them enough for their kindness. Michelle may be the kindest person we have ever met while traveling. We went to look at the pool and were sad that we didn't have bathing suits till Michelle came in and offered us her OWN bathing suits to borrow so we could enjoy it! We were blown away by her kindness and will always remember her.

Nice little place. Extremely clean. Television didn't work initially but was fixed immediately. 10 minute walk to downtown. Safe location. Book with extreme confidence.

Everything was absolutely perfect, from the service maids who help us keep the rooms clean up to Gonzalo the manager, who was always friendly and trying to give us a better experience at Jackson. Thanks to everybody for a great stay!
