The staff was absolutely amazing. We were scammed with our booked accommodation and had no accommodation during the July holidays. We took a chance to see whether Reef gateway hotel could accommodate us the night before our booking with them. They were really busy but the lovely staff made it happen. We will be forever grateful. I really like the laundry facilities as well.

Staff couldn't do enough to make sure we were happy and really approachable for a chat and took an interest in our travels. Location is brilliant, lovely and quiet and well kept. Rooms are really spacious with great facilities. lovely town to pass through and defiantly worth stopping. Facilities on site where brilliant. can not rate high enough. Wish we could of stayed here longer but will be back for sure. Highly recommend!!!
