Magalies Park is located at the foothills of the Magaliesberg mountain range and 10 km from Hartbeespoort Dam. The resort features wellness facilities, a kids' club and a golf course. There were three bedrooms instead of the advertised two bedrooms. The grounds were excellent and the antelope roaming free gave the place a magical feel.

This is a well-kept gem of a property with excellent staff that are properly trained in hospitality. The service throughout our stay was very professional. Breakfast menu is great, too. Every request was met with a "can do" attitude and I particularly liked that we could communicate with the front desk via WhatsApp during our stay. The gardens are so nice that one just feels like sitting in a lazy chair all day!

Situated 21 km from Hartbeespoort, The Venue Country Hotel has a number of amenities including an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a terrace. Each accommodation has garden views and free WiFi. The staff were from the reception to the cleaners very friendly and helpful. Nothing that you ask is an effort. All is done with a smile. The room was excellent and clean. Even in the passages it were clean. We had breakfast and dinner. Even the chef came out to meet us and asked if our food were up to standard. The food was very tasteful prepared and there was more than enough to dish more than one plate. The gardens is beautiful and well maintained. We went to rest for the weekend and it was quiet and restful. We had very good experience. Thank you to all.
