The room is fabulous, the food is delicious and all the staff was so caring, so helpful and so nice. You can count on the receptionist Farhan if you need anything, count on the chef if you want to eat Sri Lankan, Indian or English food and count on the staff to makes you feel like a VIP guest. She was a pleasure at breakfast and dinner each day. Hotel grounds are stunning particularly the gardens, rooftop bar and the pool. The setting of the hotel within the mountains is beautiful and the views can be enjoyed in the dining room and throughout the resort. We got treatments in the spa and would highly recommend. The therapist was great. Also thanks to Moses who looked after us at check-in. Room was spacious for 3 people.

The location is on a steep hill but worth the climb for the amazing views of Lovers leap waterfall, the highest peak and all across Nuwara Eliya. The balcony is a great spot to chill in and have breakfast and it’s only 5 minute walk to the waterfall, 10 mins to tea plantation and a short tuktuk ride into town. Would love to return!

The outside of the resort is very well maintained and the food is decent. However the main asset of this hotel is the friendly and attentive staff.
