Een fantastische tijd gehad in het Gabaa resort. Wat een fantastische staff! Ze waren ontzettend behulpzaam, vriendelijk en erg leuk met onze kinderen. Alleen daarom zou ik al weer terug willen. De ruimte om in te slapen is ook fantastisch mooi.

Green Garden Resort bevindt zich in Habarana, op 12 km van Pidurangala-rots, en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een terras. A place where you feel at home! The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, Rathnayake and his family are some of the nicest people I have ever met, and their cooking is delicious! You will also appreciate the calm of the place and the beauty of the garden. I can only recommend spending a night at their place to anyone in the Habarana area 🙌🏼

Levona Garden Resort ligt in Habarana, op 1,2 km van het meer van Habarana en op 15 km van het Ritigala-bosclooster. By far the cleanest guesthouse we have stayed in. The service was fantastic they couldn't do enough to help in anyway. We would have stayed longer but had to move on.

Rajarata Reach Resort is gunstig gelegen in het centrum van Anuradhapura, en biedt kamers met airconditioning, gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en roomservice. Rajarata Reach Resort was a great spot for our two nights in Anarahapura. It was right in town and close to the new town bus station, resturants and shops. The room was large with great air con and the bathroom was modern. Chammika and his family were lovely hosts, helping us rent a scooter, making delicious breakfast and juices and we even got to meet their adorable children! Thanks for having us 😀

Habarana Tree House Ambasewana Resort bevindt zich in Habarana, op 14 km van Pidurangala-rots, en biedt accommodatie met een buitenzwembad, gratis privéparkeren, een tuin en een gedeelde lounge. It was perfect in every way and we had a great time. We had an extremely varied and plentiful breakfast every day, so much that we couldn't even handle it :) We had great and helpful staff at our disposal at all hours of the day. They tried their best to meet all our requests and help us to have a carefree stay. Several times we had dinner at the accommodation, leaving it up to them to decide what to have and we did not regret it as they always surprised us with extremely delicious flavours. A real romantic accommodation in the woods awaited us with a superbly equipped room with everything from a hairdryer to a fridge. We especially liked the bathroom with the roof half open :) The beds were comfortable and very well protected with mosquito nets. The swimming pool was always usable, you just had to ask for it if you wanted to swim a bit at night.We rented a car to go around the area but it was no problem as we could park in the courtyard every day. The centre of the cultural triangle where everything is easily accessible. Special thanks to the manager for trying to meet all our requests!Thank you for a carefree stay and we hope to see you soon!

Habarana Tree house Mutu village heeft een buitenzwembad, een tuin, een terras en een restaurant in Habarana. Het resort met 3 sterren heeft kamers met airconditioning en een eigen badkamer. Alles was tiptop in orde. Zeer vriendelijke mensen ,genoten van de omgeving en de accomodatie. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Lake Edge Resort is goed gelegen in het centrum van Anuradhapura, en is voorzien van kamers met airconditioning, gratis WiFi, gratis privéparkeren en roomservice. We planned to stay 2 nights but we ended up extending it to 5 nights. The family is extremely friendly and hospitable, going far and beyond to make our stay convenient and unforgettable: local tips, washing clothes, cooking any meals, short transports, and scooter rent can be arranged without hassle. They even significantly discounted the final bill and gifted us with some local souvenirs! The food was absolutely delicious! Fresh ingredients cooked with love, and the recipes were changing according to our liking. Every morning when we left to explore and late at night when we came back they came out to greet us and see if all is fine. The resort is with amazing views. The lake, sunrise and sunset are gorgeous with a view to 3 biggest stupas with lights on the whole new night. It’s 7-10 minutes drive with a scooter to the nearest stupas and ancient hidden sights. We had many mornings e.g. at Wessagiriya cave complex meditating and resting on smooth rock formations under giant rocks shadows, and watching peacocks’ dancing. All rooms are with A/C and very comfortable beds. There is no water heating (or cooling) so if you don’t demand hot showers but instead prefer refreshing cool showers during the hot days, it will be perfect. Next time we will come back with a bigger family. Thank you so much for everything! 🙏

Highly recommended! This is the most exclusive luxury resort we ever stayed in (only 10 rooms) and the service was impeccable. The staff did an amazing job of understanding all our needs and then helping us accordingly. The rooms and the property were really nice. The pool was probably the most scenic I ever saw. The food was great too and served in a very unique setting. Definitely worth the money!
