Has a great alpine chalet vibe with a really cosy bar overlooking the volcano. Good family room with bunks and nice fresh white linen. Even though the hotel is slightly dated the proper hotel linen makes everything feel clean and fresh. They had a games room and kids area which was great for the kids - they loved it. Food service was great - nice dinner options and a buffet breakfast which was handy as there is nothing else close by.LizAustralia

Also reasonably priced meals- local produce where possible -free range eggs, gluten free,vegan vegetarian meals available. Liked the helpful friendly staff. And SPA outside for 5$ pp! Good common area with kitchen and fridges, cooking stove. Enjoyed staying here, would come back!
