We stayed in for a short weekend getaway and everything was perfect. The room was spacious and so comfortable! You can't really put a price on Fours Seasons beds. They are heaven. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with lots of great options and you could also order a la carte. The concierge team is so polite and always ready to help. All the structure so clean and beautiful. It's a lovely place and we can't wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay at Riverside over the Christmas holiday- truly exceeded our expectations. Was our first time staying in yurts, and my family was a little reluctant. Only downside was lack of privacy changing in the one room yurt, and walking to the bathrooms, but that was no big deal in the end. The water pump was frozen, which made getting water a little cumbersome, and also not insurmountable. Easy drive to Whistler - a little extra walking parking in the lots - we would up coordinating drop-offs, only because we were old and sore :) Kids were fine. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. Huge perk was the 2 minute walk to Scandinave Spa - wonderful! Thank you for a memorable trip!

The hotel and staff are faultless. Wonderful hotel in a great position and surroundings. Staff were helpful and the facilities were exceptional. We could not not find a single fault and it is run efficiently with the customer being made to feel special. This was a big family holiday and it is expensive to stay here but you certainly get what you pay for and we were sad to leave. Staying here made the whole trip special.

The room had comfy beds, with white linen; the room was clean. The hotel has an outside pool and hot tub which is really pleasant. They provided bath robes in the room and additional towels in the pool area. The room's ensuite had been updated and was well-equipped. The kitchen seemed to have everything you need to cook basics, but we didn't use it.

Two whirlpool baths, two bathrooms. A/C was a god send but was very noisy. It was extremely hot when we arrived. Bed very comfy, extra pillows and blankets. Ample storage space. Love the idea of the key card being a bracket, much like an all inclusive resort. It meant you didn’t need to worry about losing the key card. Good swimming pool and hot tub, but we landed on children’s holidays!
