Loved the locality. Sitting and eating dinner over the lake during sunset, superb. The bed was comfy and the shower/bathroom was really nice.

We had full use of the fully equipped kitchen in the lodge which is separate from the Glamping tents. The Lodge was ours to use for the stay. We went as a group, so we had the place to ourselves which made the stay even more enjoyable. the deck of the lodge is just a few meters from the edge of the water, birdwatching was fabulous. Relaxation was premium. Friendship, birdwatching and photography were the orders of the day.

We had hoped to explore more on foot, but with the conservation projects around, areas available for walking opportunities were limited. Hopefully, this might extend in the future. However, we would certainly look to return when the opportunity arises and thank the hosts for all they do.

The glamping tent, with its great decor, was a delight! . The ‘ ensuite’ had a fantastic shower!
